Richelle admonishes those in places of authority, many of the very people who have knowingly caused the hurt, to consistently and honestly examine the damage they have done so that the church body can function better at its goal of winning souls for the Kingdom of God. She reminds readers that everyone has a part to play, as God did not create a one-man show. Jesus taught His disciples, and they were left with an assignment to win souls. Today we are still on a mission to win souls to fulfill the great commission and not a mission to manipulate, abuse, assault, or belittle anyone. Jesus always displayed perfect love during his interactions; we should all aspire to do the same.
