Dr Hande Işıl Işık is the Head of Professional Development in the English Language Preparatory Program at Bilkent University, Türkiye. She has published numerous articles, co-edited several volumes and taken part in research projects in the areas of teacher learning and program development. Dr Elif Kantarcıoğlu is the Director of the English Language Preparatory Program at Bilkent University, Türkiye. She has (co-)authored papers and book chapters and been involved in various national and international projects in the area of language testing. Dr Ayça Üner is the Head of Teaching in the English Language Preparatory Program at Bilkent University, Türkiye. She has worked as a level assessment developer and in-house textbook writer, while she has published a number of works.Carole Thomas is the Head of Testing in the English Language Preparatory Program at Bilkent University, Türkiye. She has published a number of works and led various assessment-related projects.
