He spent nearly two decades in data and analytics roles at Aetna, U.S. Bank, TD Ameritrade, Equifax, Mastercard, and Robinhood. He is the Co-Founder and Chief Data Scientist at OrgAcuity, a People Analytics tech company with a mission to democratize access to data-driven talent decisions. Dr. Starbuck also teaches graduate-level Statistics and Analytics courses in the Finance and MBA programs at Lindenwood University.
