Each of the twenty-one life qualities is based on biblical principles and discussed in detail, with a personal application to allow the Holy Spirit to challenge you in your daily lifestyle. If you study each chapter and apply what you learn, you can grow to become the mature leader God intends you to be. Are you still a 'babe in Christ' even though you may have been a christian for several years (or longer)? There is a personal self-evaluation section at the back of this book. If you honestly answer the questions in this section, you can evaluate your christian maturity level.
