A former Special Forces soldier and Everest mountaineer, Bear Grylls starred in Discovery's hit TV series Man vs. Wild for seven seasons, before hosting the National Geographic Channel series, Running Wild with Bear Grylls. Bear is a dedicated family man to his wife and three sons, and they live on a barge in London and a remote island off the UK. Rev Will van der Hart is an experienced life coach and emotional health expert who speaks at a number of national forums. Will suffered from a complex anxiety disorder after exposure to the London Bombings terrorist incident in 2005. He is a mental health first aider and is passionate about equipping leaders to look after their own emotional health as well as empowering them to manage the wellbeing of those in their care. Will is the author of a number of successful books on emotional health and co-directs a charity with an international reach focussing on mental health and Christian faith: www.mindandsoulfoundation.org.
