The interest in the psychosocial risk factors of telework in teachers, is of high relevance in different organizations, with the need to intervene to improve the quality of working life of the teacher. Therefore, it was raised as an objective for this research proposal to identify the psychosocial risk factors associated with telework in teachers of the Colegio Nacionalizado Femenino de Villavicencio-Meta. Taking into account that teleworking can cause psychosocial problems arising from social isolation, excessive hours of work, lack of support from the organization, and a high probability of seriously damaging the physical, social and mental health. Accordingly, the type of methodology proposed to be applied is a quantitative approach with a non-experimental cross-sectional design and descriptive scope. As for the sample will be composed of 58 teachers of the Colegio Nacionalizado Femenino of the city of Villavicencio goal, which will be selected equally in each of the days, morning and afternoon, through a simple random probability sampling.
