lt;p>Albrecht Classen is University Distinguished Professor of German Studies at The University of Arizona, Tucson. He has currently published 115 scholarly books and ca. 798 articles on a wide range of topics pertaining to medieval and early modern literature and culture. He is the editor of the journals Mediaevistik and Humanities Open Access. I in 2017 he received the rank of Grand Knight Commander of the Most Noble Order of the Three Lions.
