Graduate studies at the Faculty of Law and Economic Sciences in Paris. Graduate studies in Economic Sciences and History of Law and Social Facts. - Engineer at IBM 1968-1970 - International civil servant at UNESCO 1970-1976 - Managing Director of a textile company 1977-1979 - International civil servant at UNESCO 1980-2002
