I have faithfully served in my church in ministry for over forty-five years. It is somewhat difficult for me to remember all of them because I have served in so many, however, it has been a joy to serve God's people. To serve in ministry is a part of my spiritual growth. It has been a great passion of mine to serve God's people and to also help those who do not know God. The Lord Jesus tells us in Matthew 20:26, "e;Whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant."e; In the gospel of John, we see that the Lord Jesus washed the disciple's feet which is one of the greatest examples of Jesus for us to follow. To be a servant, one must have passion in his or her heart. This means that we are not doing things just to be seen by men. The passion that I have is God-sent. My church has over sixty ministries, and some of these ministries I helped to create. So, let me share with you what God has placed on my heart about ministry, and I will also share how I went about serving in each one. To God be the glory for the great things He has done in my life.
