Strategies are also offered to software organizations for improving their levels of organizational creativity, through enhancement of Team Work Quality thereby helping its readers in creating a better work environment.

Dr. Senthilkumar Nakkeeran is Professor at Anna University, India, and pursued his Mechanical Engineering degree from M.K University and MBA from Alagappa University and Doctorate in management from Bharathiyar University. Dr. Sanjay Mohapatra is Professor at the Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB), and as a B.E. from NIT Rourkela, MBA from XIMB, M.Tech from IIT Madras, India, and PhD from Utkal University.
