Nicolette Makovicky is Departmental Lecturer in Russian and East European Studies at the University of Oxford, UK. Anne-Christine Trémon is Senior Lecturer in Anthropology at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. Sheyla S. Zandonai is Research Associate in the Laboratoire Architecture Anthropologie at the École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Paris – La Villette, France.
