In this book, Younousse provides his insights into some central concepts in spirituality, which are widely unknown and commonly misunderstood. In particular, Younousse explains how the human is built with three bodies: one physical body and two invisible spiritual bodies, which are the soul and the spirit. He describes how these three bodies are related to one another and provides illustrations to facilitate the visualization of the presented concepts. Furthermore, he addresses current global developments, such as the spread of mental sicknesses (depression, anxiety, etc.) and the more recent outbreak of the coronavirus disease, and outlines ways of preventing these sicknesses from happening in the future.

This book will help you understand the benefits of meditation by explaining what meditation is and how it affects us. You will learn how the human is built and how to be well connected with yourself and others in order to be healthy physically and spiritually and to have a happy life. You will be able to understand the spiritual world in an open-minded way and you will know how to be well prepared for the future.

Younousse Tamekloe is a visual artist. Younousse spent his adolescence and young adulthood studying, practicing, and teaching art in different countries across Central, West, and North Africa. He later moved to Ireland to cooperate with an art gallery in Dublin, before settling down in Berlin as an independent artist to develop new dimensions of his art. Since his early years, Younousse has been interested in the spiritual world and has become acquainted with many different religions and spiritual practices. On his spiritual journey, he discovered the Buddhism of Nichiren Shoshu and realized the great benefit of true meditation, which he has been practicing ever since.
