Professor JUDr. Jiří Rajmund Tretera, born 1940, studied law at the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague, and in 1967 received his doctoral degree at the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague. Since 1990 he has taught at the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague, and since 2006 he has had the title of Professor of Law at the same faculty. Fields of research: canon law, religion law, legal history.
