978-1-78951-238-0 (ISBN)
Many people have suffered at the hands of others and are stuck in a time warp - eaten up with resentment or anger. Still others can't forgive themselves, and are consequently weighed down by guilt. Insight into Forgiveness helps us all to understand that living a life of forgiveness brings release and freedom.
Issues covered include:What do I do when I can't forgive?
Is reconciliation always possible?
Does God condemn me?
How can I forgive myself?
With real-life case studies, biblical examples and personal insights, this book offers help to all of us - whether we are struggling with issues of forgiveness for ourselves or wanting to help others.
The Waverley Abbey Insight Series is based on one-day seminars held by CWR at Waverley Abbey House to give insight into some key issues that many people struggle with today.
