Aidan Dodson is a Visiting Fellow in the Department of Archaeology at Bristol University, where he teaches Egyptology. He has lectured in England, Scotland, Egypt, Denmark, Canada and the United States and is a contributing Editor of the Egyptological magazine, KMT. He has written over 80 articles and reviews and is the author of six books, including The Mummy in Ancient Egypt (Thames and Hudson, 1998) and After the Pyramids (Rubicon, 1999). He lives in Redland, Bristol.
