Dr McEwan is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene and for the past five years has been the pastor of a Pacific Islander congregation in Logan in addition to his ministry at NTC. He pastored Nazarene churches in Scotland, England and Australia before coming to the college in 1997.
