10 minute tales to soothe tired souls. A night time companion for frazzled adults, including calming classic stories and poems for a good night's sleep.
The literary equivalent to a comforting bath before bed, this beautiful anthology of short tales and poems will calm and restore an anxious mind before sleep.
A good night's sleep is fundamental to our well being and our health, yet in our busy world, dominated by screens, and juggling the demands of home and work, our sleep is often poor and overlooked. Now is the time to stop a while, and be reminded that while memories of bedtime stories as children may be distant, the comfort to be found in disappearing into a good story never goes away.
Whether you love classic short stories by authors like Oscar Wilde, Guy de Maupassant or Katherine Mansfield, or fairy tales from distant shores, or poetry that reminds you of the joyful things in life, this carefully curated book is aimed at soothing the frazzled grown-up mind and preparing you for a good night's sleep.
So switch off, snuggle down and allow yourself to escape into new worlds and old; magical, mysterious and tender realms that will accompany you to your own sweet dreams.
