First, a technique of reflexivity was employed, and secondly, for the sake of understanding the context of this paper, the author will list his biases, followed by a comparative analyses of two big myths, including the historical context of the myths, proving that mythology serves two purposes: to sustain a world or system of beliefs and to improve the general well-being of the individual practitioner.This paper compares two of the most impactful myths; the myth of the Buddha and the myth of the Christ.
