What anger does to us
A practical approach to handling anger
Drawing on case studies, as well as personal and professional experiences, Insight into Anger offers practical and spiritual help to those facing issues with anger, and those who want to help others. Includes a Foreward by Lord Carey.

The Waverley Abbey Insight Series is based on one-day seminars held by CWR at Waverley Abbey House to give insight into some key issues that many people struggle with today.

Chris Ledger worked as a counsellor, supervisor and trainer in the NHS, and now has a private practice. She enjoys speaking at Christian meetings and is a regular tutor on CWR's Insight days, also co-authoring several books in the Insight series. At Greyfriar’s Church, Reading, she is a licensed lay minister, and in her spare time enjoys having fun with her five grandchildren. Wendy Bray's first book In the Palm of God's Hand (with BRF) won the biography prize at The Christian Book Awards in 2002. Since then she has authored or co-authored more than a dozen books, and written countless features and Bible-reading notes. Wendy is associate priest at All Saints, Clifton in Bristol and is married with two adult children. She is living with stage IV breast cancer and, having a special interest in the way suffering and liturgy relate to one another, is currently researching in this area.
