He might come from a family that coped with violence, alcoholism, compulsive gambling, child abuse, verbal abuse, workaholism, divorce, extreme rigidity or a variety of other problems. His problems today could include an inability to maintain relationships or to control anger, a tendency towards workaholism or addiction, fear of intimacy, violent behaviour or low self-esteem. This book is designed to help all silent sons to redefine themselves and find a balance in their lives.
