John Chandler is Professor of Work and Organization in the Royal Docks School of Business and Law, University of East London, UK. His previous publications include Organizations and Identity (1994, as co-editor) and Organization and Management: A Critical Text (2000, also as co-editor). His research interests include diversity in organizations and public services management.
