God's Story for Under 5s

Let’s share God’s big story! Use as a year-long weekly programme or dip in and out to highlight individual stories at key times of year and supplement other activities. Varied storytelling methods enable children to engage with God’s big story in different ways, with a range of activities to illustrate and explore the story, catering for different learning preferences and play styles and using materials that most children’s groups will already have to hand. Each session includes a theme summary for the team and a team prayer, a wide range of activities including sensory, tactile, malleable, small world play, construction, water, sand, role play, dressing up, snack time, story time, a closing prayer, suggested songs and a take-home idea.
