Mark Lussier is Professor of English in the English Department at Arizona State University. He has published widely on numerous cultural concerns, from the status of women during the Restoration through the emergence of Buddhism in Nineteenth-Century Europe to the satiric dimensions of modern and contemporary surrealism. Dana Tait is a Lecturer in the English Department at Arizona State University. Her research interests focus on “the long nineteenth century,” particularly the Cockney School of Romantic poets and aestheticism.
