First published in 1987 and revised in 1997 when the Roman Catholic Funeral Rite was revised, this new bilingual edition incorporates the new rite of the Church in Wales and the free churches' rite developed by the Joint Liturgical Group, now available in translation for the first time.

Designed for use in cemeteries and crematoria, this volume not only includes the funeral services of all the main denominations in English and Welsh but also a selection of well-loved hymns in both languages that are often sung at funerals.

Funeral Services is created under the auspices of the Churches' Funerals Group which represents the Baptist Union, the Church in Wales, the Church of England, the Methodist Church, the Orthodox Churches, the Roman Catholic Church, the Salvation Army, the United Reformed Church, in association with the Free Churches' Group and the Free Church Council of Wales.
