Concordantia in Aratoris subdiaconi historiam Apostolicam

Erstmals wird eine Konkordanz zur epischen Paraphrase der Apostelgeschichte des Arator Subdiaconus aus dem 6. Jahrhundert vorgelegt. Sie ergänzt die bereits erschienenen zu den lateinischen Bibelepikern (Alpha – Omega, R. A, Bd. 107, 127, 219, 222). Textgrundlage ist die Ausgabe: Aratoris Subdiaconi Historia Apostolica cura et studio A. P. Orbán = Corpus Christianorum, Series Latina CXXX,1, Turnhout 2006.
In Form eines lemmatisierten KWIC - Index verzeichnet die Konkordanz die Wortformen des Textes, ihrem Stichwort alphabetisch untersortiert, in einem Ausschnitt von ungefähr zwei Versen. Syntak¬tische und semantische Bezüge sind so deutlich erkennbar. Die alphabetische Sortierung des jeweils nachfolgenden Textes macht sprachliche Formeln und Wortverbindungen leicht auffindbar. Darüber hinaus enthält die Konkordanz zu jedem Lexem dessen absolute und pro¬zentuale Häufigkeit, bezogen auf die Gesamtwortzahl. Beigefügt sind ein allgemeines sowie ein nach Wortarten gegliedertes Frequenzwörterbuch, beide mit knappen statistischen Angaben.

This is the first published concordance to the 6th century paraphrase of the Acts of the Apostles by Arator Subdiaconus, and complements the previously published concordances to the Latin Biblical epics (Alpha – Omega, R. The concordance uses a lemmatised KWIC index to list the word-forms in the text, sorted alphabetically beneath each keyword in an excerpt of around two lines. This makes clear the syntactical and semantic relationships. The alphabetical ordering of the following text makes it easy to find linguistic formulas and collocations. In addition, the concordance traces the absolute and proportionate frequency of each lexeme, based on the total word count. A general frequency dictionary and one arranged by type of word are also included, both with basic statistical data.
