She has more than ten years of teaching experience. She is associated with professional bodies and review for reputed journals. Shuchi Dawra is Professor, Chitkara Business School, Chitkara University, Punjab, India. She is a Doctorate in in the domain of human resource management and organizational behaviour from Panjab University, Chandigarh, India.
