Jane Harders is an executive coach with more than 20 years hands-on experience. As well as working with her own clients, she founded Portfolio, which specialises in training professional coaches (through ILM qualifications) and developing coaching skills for leaders/ a recognisable coaching culture. Jane supports a number of internal coaching and mentoring programs for major global organisations.
