Joseph has extensive solution design, delivery and operations experience and has worked in various capacities, including functional expert, data migration expert, solution architect, and roll-out manager.

Joseph earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree from the National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli (NITT), India, and has been certified in areas such as Project System (SAP PS), Management Accounting (SAP CO), Solution Manager (SAP Solman) and Business Foundation and Integration (SAP TERP10).
