Ruby Hammer, LLB (Hons), LLM, MA in Professional and Higher Education, is Deputy Head of Law at the University of Manchester. She is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Her specialist area of law is Contract and Tort and she has a keen interest in Employers’ Liability and Stress at Work Claims. Janice Denoncourt, BA, LLB, LLM, PhD, is a Senior Lecturer in Law at Nottingham Trent University. She is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. She researches, publishes and formerly practised in the intellectual property, finance and corporative governance fields.
