Bill Meehan, PE, is the ESRI director of worldwide utility industry solutions. He is responsible for strategic industry planning, business development, sales support, and project consulting. Before joining ESRI, he was vice president of electric operations at NSTAR, Massachusetts' largest investor owned electric and gas utility.
