12108-01 Gaskets and Packing (7.5 Hours) Teaches how to recognize and properly install various types of gaskets, gasket materials, packing, and O-rings. 

 

12109-01 Lubricants, Sealants, and Cleaners (7.5 Hours) Presents information on the proper use, storage, and handling of various types of lubricants, sealants, and cleaners. 

 

12110-01 Flow, Pressure, Level, and Temperature (10 Hours) Presents devices used to measure flow, pressure, level, and temperature, along with their principles of operation.

 

12111-01 Tubing (12.5 Hours) Introduces a variety of tubing, tubing materials, tools, and work practices. Covers proper storage and handling, cutting, deburring, reaming, bending, and flaring of tubing.

 

12112-01 Piping — 2" and Under (10 Hours) Covers types of piping and includes practice calculating pipe length, cutting, deburring and reaming pipe, and threading outside threads.

 

12113-01 Hoses (7.5 Hours) Covers identifying hoses and fittings, proper storhandling, cutting hoses, and installing a standard reusable ifitting.
