He has been an adjunct faculty member at Santa Clara University for over a decade. For the first 25 years of his career he worked in the manufacturing industry as a supply chain manager earning certifications in purchasing from ISM and in production and inventory management from APICS. This is his fifth book for Wiley and Sons.
