He is author of over two hundred published articles and eight books, including the Service Parts Handbook and After the Sale - How to Manage Product Service for Customer Satisfaction and Profit. Joe Patton earned a BS degree from Penn State and a MBA in marketing from the University of Rochester. He was awarded the Pennsylvania State University College of Education 1999 Leadership and Service Award. Joe is a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Quality Engineering and a Fellow of both ASQ - The American Society for Quality and SOLE – The International Society of Logistics. He is a Certified Professional Logistician (CPL), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), a National Association of Service Managers Life-Certified Service Executive (L-CSE), and a twenty-five year member of AFSM International.
