This mix of care and unkindness did not positively nurture the growth of my spirit.#4 The definition of love that helped me the most was the will to extend yourself for the purpose of nurturing your own or another s spiritual growth. It took me years to let go of the patterns of behavior that negated my capacity to give and receive love.
