Carmen Inoa Vazquez, PhD is a clinical professor of psychiatry at the New York University School of Medicine in addition to managing her own practice. Dr. Vazquez is the author of Parenting with Pride Latino Style and has contributed chapters to Handbook of Multicultural Counseling Competencies, Encyclopedia of Cross-Cultural School Psychology, Ethnicity and Family Therapy, The Latino Psychiatric Patient Assessment and Treatment,. ||Dinelia Rosa, PhD manages her private practice and currently serves as Director of the Dean-Hope Center for Educational and Psychological Services at Teachers College, Columbia University. She served as consultant and supervisor to the Bilingual Treatment Program Clinic, Bellevue Hospital Center. She has extensive teaching and clinical experience in grief therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, group and family therapy, cross-cultural and forensic psychology and previously collaborated with Dr. Vazquez on presentations, writing, workshops, and clinical work.
