A practical how-to guide to handling andavoiding powerboat problems andemergencies
With no secondary method of propulsion, poorerstability profiles, and enough speed to getthemselves into trouble fast, powerboats are far moresusceptible to emergencies than sailboats. ConfidentPowerboating addresses your safety concerns, providing a detailed guide to avoidingproblems, coping with difficult situations, and respondingto emergencies effectively. Also, each section containsseveral anecdotes of problems encountered andresolved (or not).
