Pat Langley-Price and Philip Ouvry are qualified RYA instructors with years of practical experience, Pat's gained through thousands of miles of yacht deliveries and as a sailing instructor. Philip was an Examining Officer of naval yacht skippers and spent 20 years in the Royal Navy.
