Steven Blair, is President and CEO of The Cooper Institute in Dallas and has nearly 40 years of research experience and public health work in the area of physical activity and health. He is co-author of Active Living Every Day and Fitness After 50, also published by Human Kinetics. William Haskell, PhD, is a professor of medicine and has 40 years as investigator of the effects of physical activity and health to draw upon.
