Bernie Tobisch started his career as a sewing machine technician in the mid 1970s and became a dealer in 1980. He now lives in Vancouver, Canada, with his wife Shelley and continues to service machines. Shelley Scott-Tobisch has been a quilt teacher for more than 28 years and is the author of Quilt Block Builders. She lives with her husband in a log cabin in South Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.
