The book can help you avoid mistakes I see every day as a refrigerator repair technician. It is the result of years of experience repairing and seeing the same mistakes in installation, purchasing and care day-after-day. Many of these mistakes result in service calls, which cost you, the consumer, directly or indirectly. My belief is that over the life of the refrigerator you will save a lot more than the cost of this book if you use the information it contains.
