With a focus on understanding and harmonising the emotions of infertility, this book explains how acupuncture can be used to help the body enter into the hormonal complexes that aid conception. It details how certain acupoints can be used to encourage fluency and communication between the gateways of the body, balancing the endocrine function and restoring the patient to the optimum state of health for successful conception. The book also details the importance of the relationship between digestive and reproductive hormones and provides nutritional advice and lifestyle guidance that will equip practitioners with everything they need to help their patients feel empowered about enhancing their own fertility.
A detailed and comprehensive manual, this book will be a unique resource of information for acupuncturists, Chinese medicine practitioners and students as well as fertility professionals.
