Photographer Olivier Follmi, born in 1958, has German and Mediterranean roots. He developed a passion for the Himalayas at the age of 18 and lived there for more than 20 years. Since 2003, he has traveled the world with his assistants to capture on film the soul of the people featured in his series of books, Offerings for Humanity.
