Georgina Campbell is a leading writer on all aspects of Irish food and hospitality. A member of the both the Irish and UK Food Writers Guilds, her published work include several cookery books (Good Food from Ireland, Meals For All Seasons, The Best of Irish Breads & Baking), and a range of hospitality guides, including a companion pocket guide to Dublin city (Georgina Campbell's Ireland - the Dublin Guide) and, with Waterways Ireland, 'Georgina Campbell's Ireland - A Taste of the waterways' (free from Waterways Ireland). She also writes for a number of publications, including a weekly column in the Irish Independent Weekend Magazine, and regular contributions to Food & Wine Magazine.
