a survey of interpretive surveys from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) that further elucidate the core IG principles applicable to public sector stakeholders,

Phyllis Wisotsky Elin is an Information Governance leader with over 30 years of experience leading enterprise-wide information governance strategy and implementation in highly regulated industries ranging from financial services, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, healthcare, legal, higher education, and the public sector.Phyllis earned her master's degree from Seton Hall University and completed her undergraduate studies at NYU. She has taught Library, Records, and Information Governance sessions at major institutions and is also a former ARMA chapter president and Chairperson of the Board Governance Committee of the New Jersey Sharing Network Foundation, a non-profit organ and tissue donation cause. In 2021, she was named Chief Executive Officer of The Knowledge Preservation Group and a Fellow for the Institute for Information Management (IIM). Max Rapaport is a practicing attorney with significant experience in the fields of intellectual property, privacy law compliance and information governance. Currently, he is the Chief Operating Officer of The Knowledge Preservation Group.
