Competing Lawfully in Europe

This training programme contains introductory material for people unfamiliar with the concepts of competition law and includes individual modules dealing with aspects from price fixing to abuse of a dominant position. As well as two video cassettes containing five training modules, there is full documentation, including case studies, discussion points, do's and dont's and question-and-answer sheets. There is also extensive support material for seminar leaders with background notes, training tips, suggestions for structuring the sessions and audience participation.
