John Whittaker (now Consultant Editor) was a barrister at leading chancery/commercial chambers Serle Court until his retirement. He has a broad commercial chancery practice, and particular experience of large-scale litigation involving fiduciary duties, fraud and trusts, particularly with an international dimension.
