About the author
Stephen Dodd is a practising barrister specialising in planning law, judicial review and commercial law and has acted in many of the recent leading planning/environmental cases. He is the author of Planning Regulations: Annotated and Consolidated 2001-2005 and co-author of NAMA: The Law Relating to the National Asset Management Agency (2012) and has written widely on the subject of planning and other areas.
