Dr. Aloysius Edward J. is the dean of the Faculty of Commerce and Management and a professor in the School of Management (MBA programme), Kristu Jayanti College, Autonomous, Bangalore, India. He has 29 years of teaching and corporate experience, and he specializes in finance, accounting, and taxation. Dr. Aloysius is a consultant for quality assurance and improvement and is an advisor for personal investment and tax planning. He has published several papers in international journals and edited many special issues as a guest editor.


Jaheer Mukthar K.P. currently works as an assistant professor in the Department of Economics, Kristu Jayanti College, Autonomous, Bengaluru, India. He has published 39 papers in international journals. He serves as an associate editor and editorial review board member of different Scopus- and Web of Science-indexed journals. He has recently received the best paper awards for his presentations at the 13th Global Islamic Marketing Conference, the International Conference on Business and Technology 2022, and the 6th Equal Opportunities Conference on Sustainable Leadership and Technology Innovation Management in Bahrain.


Ms. Madhu Dhruvakumar works as a programme coordinator for the Department of Commerce, Kristu Jayanti College, Autonomous, Bengaluru, India. She has an extensive teaching experience of 20 years. She has published 29 papers in international journals. Her research interests include accounting and finance.


Dr. T.K. Murugesan works as an associate professor in the Department of Commerce, Kristu Jayanti College, Autonomous, Bengaluru, Indi. He has published 38 papers and presented 18 papers in various international conferences. His research interests include finance, investment, and accounting.
