Dr. Ratnasekhar CH is an Assistant Professor & Scientist at CSIR- CIMAP, India and currently leading a metabolomics group. He completed his postdoctoral training from University of Cambridge, University College London & Queen’s University Belfast at United Kingdom, after receiving his Ph.D. in Metabolomics from CSIR, INDIA. Dr. Ratnasekhar’s research interests are in using mass spectrometry-based metabolomics approaches for investigating metabolic pathways of cellular metabolism in health and various diseases. His laboratory is developing metabolic fingerprinting tools using high resolution accurate mass spectrometry (HRAMS) and NIR based rapid fingerprinting approaches. He has been actively involved in Bioanalytical chemistry and has experience in experimental methodologies for high-throughput analysis of biological systems. Ratnasekhar has authored high impact research articles and has been recognized through membership on the Editorial Boards of journals in the field.
