Dr. Li Xinlei is Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Political Science and Public Administration, Shandong University, China. She is also Deputy Director of the Environmental Politics Research Institute at Shandong University. Dr. Li specializes in areas of energy and environmental policy, with a particular focus on reginal and global climate governance, renewable energy policy, clean energy diplomacy, international public security, and transnational river governance.
